Q: How long does it take to approve the artwork?
A: Depends on what you send us. Often, we can get you a proof within a day. If the art isn't so great, it takes time to make it acceptable for screen printing. Generally, we have art ready for approval within a week
Q: How long will it take my order to ship?
A: All of our products are made to order, so they must go through production. During the summer, it can take a month or more to complete an order; while in winter, we can turn out the same order in two weeks. In order to guarantee timely delivery during the busy months, we suggest putting together a set of dated out preseason orders. We generally send out the preseason worksheets in late November or early December to our existing customers. New customers may have to let us know if this is the route you wish to take.
Q: I know rash guards are supposed to be tight, how do I choose the correct size?
A: Always go for a size larger than you think you should. These shirts are tight and we want you to be comfortable. If you wear a large t-shirt, order and x-large rash guard. This is especially true for ladies and children. Womens shirts are small and short. If you are long waisted, you may be better off with a basic unisex style. Kids sizes are also tricky. Our youth size T fits a 2-4 year old, size S fits a 5-6 year old and a size M fits a 7-8 year old. We do carry extra small adult sizes to bridge the gap.
Q: Do you charge expedite fees?
A: If you need something yesterday, we do charge a 15% expedite fee. Shipping is guaranteed within a week. However, if you need to ship 2nd day or overnight, please let us know. We will ship ground unless informed otherwise.
Q: Can I order blanks to hurry up my order?
A: You can order things blank if you want but unless it is the middle of the summer, not screening the product doesn't save you any time. There is no price difference between blanks and logo'd product so you may as well get your name on it.
Q Can you ship directly to my customer?
A: We can blind or drop ship anywhere for a 6.00 fee.
